WHAT YOU'RE SIGNING UP FOR
Ascend is a six-month leadership accelerator for PE-backed executives. It will stretch you, challenge you, and make you a stronger leader. You’ll do real work every week with a group of peers who are all-in on growing their leadership and building more valuable, durable companies. 

The program requires full commitment, including being present at both in-person intensives.

BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR DEPOSIT
Seats fill months ahead of kickoff, and once a cohort’s full, it’s full. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and secures your spot in this specific cohort.

The remaining balance ($8,900) is due 60 days before kickoff.

By placing a deposit, you are confirming you can make the required dates:

• Virtual Kickoff: August 25, 2026 (1h)
• In-person 1: September 10 - 11, 2026
• In-person 2: February 11 - 12, 2027
